Mike’s extraordinary career has spanned diverse fields, reflecting his unwavering commitment to service. Beginning with distinguished military service, he embarked on tours to Haiti, Kosovo, Iraq, and Africa. Honoring his community, he pursued a career in law enforcement in Southern California, serving diligently as a patrol officer, canine officer, and field training officer. Upon retiring, Mike’s service extended to being Fema Director, where he played a crucial role in wildfire recovery in California, pandemic response, and the Texas winter freeze. His commitment to public health continued as the national director of operations for a pandemic response company. Despite the modest military and law enforcement compensation, Mike’s financial insight enabled him to retire at 50 through self-taught investing. This milestone allowed him to support family and friends. Now, as a member of Drive Planning, Mike’s mission of helping others continues, marking the culmination of a lifetime dedicated to service.
