Daniel R. Steere is an entrepreneur, strategy consultant, and executive coach. His background includes various leadership roles in strategy, marketing, operations, finance and new product innovation for technology, healthcare, supply chain, and retail organizations. After 10 years working for Fortune 500 organizations, and 5 years working for technology startups, Daniel has been coaching and consulting with small to medium size businesses and their executive teams for the last 7 years.

He holds a BA from Covenant College, a BS in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA in Strategy and Analytics from Emory University.

Daniel is currently the President and co-founder of Simplaphi (an organizational health and effectiveness platform), and the Principal & Founder of Steering Ventures (a strategy consulting and executive development practice). When he is not working, Daniel enjoys CrossFit, reading, traveling with his beautiful bride Victoria, and playing with his 2 boys – Titus and Ransom.
